A company in the name and Style of “M/S SHEIKH MIR HASSAN & HAJI MARDAN KHAN” was established in 1942 by our forefathers, descendants of a distinguished family of Mandokhel tribe hailing from Ex-Fort Sandemon now Zhob district of Baluchistan. Having its principal office in Quetta, the firm was initially registered in Baluchistan under A-Category, and had worked with prominent Organizations such as MES & PWD.

The management of existing Company considered deliberately appropriate to meet the expansion of Construction Industry with a view to consolidate the wide spread ramifications of the Contracting, existing business concern was merged and incorporated in 1975 under the rules of Pakistan, with the name and style of M/S MUHAMMAD AYUB AND BROTHERS (MAB) with its Head Office at Quetta and Zonal Offices at Karachi & Rawalpindi/ Islamabad.
Having registered with PEC under CA (No-Limit) Category, over the period of last Four decades, MAB had
successfully executed numerous Projects of diversified nature and volume with the Government,
Semi-Government, Local Government and Autonomous Bodies, Executed projects included Canals, Bridges, Surface
Drains carrying flood water, Roads & Highways, Major Structures, Mass quantum of Earth Work, Multistory and
High-Rise buildings, Irrigation Dams, Water Supply and Sewerage Networks, Development and Infrastructure
Works of Sectors and Housing Societies including Roads Internal Network, Water Supply, Sewerage System &
Drainage etc.
